Christian Winkel started his career as a Croupier in a Casino. During the last 25 years he worked as an Airline-Captain, Flight Instructor and Examiner. Parallel to his work in the cockpit he became a Mental Coach and trains aviation related core issues as leadership skills, cooperative performance, decision making processes and team development with his clients. He offers training in Mediation (conflict solving) and (Business-) Coaching. “We all have mostly negative paradigms stored in our belief system”, says Christian, ”consisting of the fear to fail, self-dismissive projections and an attitude of inadequacy”. His conviction is that anyone can eliminate these adverse thoughts and create an appreciative and confident attitude instead.
